Configuring Voiceflex SIP Trunk with 3CX
Step 1 - Get your Voiceflex SIP Trunk details
- Log into the portal and go to “Services” → “SIP Trunks”.
- You’ll see a list of your accounts. Select the one you want to connect to 3CX.
- Make a note of the:
- SIP Trunk ID
- Bearer Number(Emergency Services number)
- SIP Server
- Secret (Authentication password)
Step 2 - Adjust your invite format
- Go to “Services” → “Numbers and Programming”.
- Select your DID and click “Edit Rules”.
- Select the SIP Trunk ID, then press “Add Rule”.
- Next press “Invite Format” and from the drop-down select “DDI: E.164 (canonical with plus)”
- Click on “Add Rule” and select “Next”.
- Save Changes.
Step 3 - Configuring your SIP Trunk
Go to the 3CX Admin Console and follow the guide on how to configure a SIP trunk. Be sure to enter the main trunk number as E.164. For example +441234567890
