3CX Delivers Best in Class Communications to Courier Service Top Chrono

top chrono courierTop Chrono is one of France’s leading courier delivery services specializing in fast transportation within 60 minutes. The company’s business is split into two major activities, being B2B services, which account for almost 60% of annual turnover, and private delivery to individuals. Top Chrono began its journey in 1984 and has grown substantially to now cater to over 4000 clients, including many well-known brands and organizations, and works with over 500 employees. Additionally, the company prides itself on providing innovative and responsible solutions for customers. They have invested in a fleet of zero emission vehicles, offsetting carbon emissions via trees planted in France, and have been ISO 14001 certified since 2010.

Top Chrono were looking for a business communications solution that would address the different needs of employees, offer autonomy in administration, and provide a more reliable solution with additional call management features. They were using a Cloud PBX solution which was costing approximately €6,000 per month, did not provide the level of autonomy that the administrative team required, and had various issues including softphone bugs and poor audio quality.

Autonomous Administration and Full UC Features

Information Systems Manager, Mohamed Amir YOUSSEF, considered VocalCom and Avaya solutions but ultimately decided that 3CX’s UC features and unmatched ease of PBX management were a winning combination.

“The 3CX VoIP software is a very powerful solution that facilitates everyday work and promotes collaborative work through its various services: audio / video calls, video conferencing etc. Top Chrono’s goal is to offer optimization, efficiency and security to its customers, values that are perfectly matched with 3CX’s UC solution” – Information Systems Manager, Mohamed Amir YOUSSEF

Enhanced Mobility for Employees on the Move

Top Chrono worked with official 3CX Partner Telerys for both their PBX deployment and SIP trunk needs. The company went with a 128SC Enterprise license, 30 Yealink T42 IP phones, and the 3CX smartphone apps for iOS and Android and WebRTC web client.

Cost savings were a consideration when Telerys and Top Chrono set out to find the right business communications solution, although not a deciding factor. The significant cost savings were an added bonus after spending around €6,000 per month on their previous system. The most notable improvements that the courier services provider has seen were in employee productivity and mobility. Customer service agents are now able to easily use 3CX to communicate with couriers regarding customer enquiries and get immediate answers. With the 3CX smartphone apps, all employees are able to work and communicate effectively no matter where they are.
